The SoB Coin Challenge revolves around this years Membership Coin. Its a fun way to interact with others and may even lead to a few free drinks…The rules are as follows:
1.) Somebody initiates the coin challenge by putting their membership coin down on a table or presenting it to other active members. The active members then have an opportunity to present their membership coin right then and there.
2.) Those who DO NOT produce a coin and are an active member of the Sons of Ben will then be required to pay for a round of drinks for those who do have their coin (Moderately priced, of course)
3.) If EVERYONE has their coin, then the person/people who initiated the coin challenge must buy a round of drinks for those individuals.

Notes:
Initiating a challenge is risky and may have consequences. Challenge at your own risk.
Separate challenges may occur throughout the day/evening at other tables or sections of the bar. Remain vigilant.
Anyone on the losing end of a challenge is eliminated from eligibility for the remainder of the calendar day (you won’t lose again, but you’ll be ineligible to initiate a challenge as well if you retrieve your coin). Beware the stroke of Midnight, for a new day begins.
If there is more than one person unable to present a coin, they all lose and will split the tab accordingly.
One may not leave the table/bar to retrieve their coin from a vehicle (this infraction would send you to the loser pool of this challenge).
One may not borrow a coin from someone else (this infraction would send you to the loser pool of this challenge.
IMPORTANT: If someone owes you a beverage from a challenge but you’ve already reached your limit, please make the wise choice, and opt to decline it if it contains alcohol (there will be no I.O.U.’s for declined beverages).
